via tw @morris German movie 'The Wave', tells the story of a high school teacher who demonstrates to his students how a dictatorship can be formed through a social experiment, involving uniform clothing and symbols, collective titles and greetings, emphasis on discipline and order, exclusion of others, secrecy and exclusivity, common activities and goals, and the use of media and propaganda. The experiment eventually spirals out of control, leading to severe consequences and revealing the dangers and destructive power of a dictatorial regime.

via tw @morgan Just by looking at the era and concepts, the author's ideas are very insightful. For women, gender equality seems like a concept that is always right but problematic in practice. What women need is the recognition and promotion of female values, not to become like men, or to allow society to let women use the male discourse system, judging or selecting women based on patriarchal social standards.
